【摘要】:1ThispartofISO15526establishesasystemofdesignationforPKthermoplasticmaterialwhichmaybeusedasthebasisforspecifications.PKpolymerchainsarebuiltupfromregularlyalternatingolefinicunitsandketogroups.Theolefinicunitsmaybeessentiallyallethylene,ortheymaybe,e.g.,randomlydistributedethyleneandpro-pylene,buteneorhexene.2Thetypesofpolyketoneplasticsaredifferentiatedfromeachotherbyaclassificationsystembasedonappropriatelevelsofthedesignatorypropertiesa)meltingtemperatureb)meltvolume-flowratec)temperatureofdeflectionunderloadandoninformationaboutbasicpolymerparameters,intendedapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing,importantproperties,additives,colorants,fillersandreinforcingmaterials.3ThispartofISO15526appliestomaterialsreadyfornormaluseintheformofpowder,granulesorpelletsandtomaterialsunmodifiedormodifiedbycolorants,additives,fillers,etc.4Itisnotintendedtoimplythatmaterialshavingthesamedesignationgivenecessarilythesameperformance.ThispartofISO15526doesnotprovideengineeringdata,performancedataordataonprocessingconditionswhichmayberequiredtospecifyamaterialforaparticularapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing.Ifsuchadditionalpropertiesarerequired,theyshallbedeterminedinaccordancewiththetestmethodsspecifiedinISO15526-2,ifsuitable.5Inordertospecifyathermoplasticmaterialforaparticularapplicationortoensurereproducibleprocessing,additionalrequirementsmaybegivenindatablock5(see3.1).
