【摘要】:1ThispartofISO527specifiesthetestconditionsforthedeterminationofthetensilepropertiesofunidirectionalfibre-reinforcedplasticcomposites,baseduponthegeneralprinciplesgiveninpart1.2SeeISO527-1,subclause1.2.3Thetestmethodissuitableforallpolymermatrixsystemsreinforcedwithunidirectionalfibresandwhichmeettherequirements,includingfailuremode,setoutinthispartofISO527.Themethodissuitableforcompositeswitheitherthermoplasticorthermosettingmatrices,includingpreimpregnatedmaterials(prepregs).Thereinforcementscoveredincludecarbonfibres,glassfibres,aramidfibresandothersimilarfibres.Thereinforcementgeometriescoveredincludeunidirectional(i.e.completelyaligned)fibresandrovingsandunidirectionalfabricsandtapes.Themethodisnotnormallysuitableformultidirectionalmaterialscomposedofseveralunidirectionallayersatdifferentangles(seeISO527-4).4Themethodisperformedusingoneoftwodifferenttypesoftestspecimen,dependingonthedirectionoftheappliedstressrelativetothefibredirection(seeclause6).5SeeISO527-1,subclause1.5.
